The Glossary went live 5/21 (commit 5713449). The Learning Hub at the-game.html was rebuilt 5/21 (commit e566f58). "The Exposure" is locked as the course name (commit a135c0f). The get-notified.html capture page is live. The structural pieces of Q1 shipped two days ago. What is still missing is the Schema.org markup and AEO assets that turn those live pages into AI-discoverable knowledge. Without that layer the Glossary and Learning Hub do not earn their full SEO+AEO leverage.

First-session goal: ship four AEO components on top of what is already live. (1) DefinedTerm JSON-LD on every Glossary entry. (2) FAQPage + HowTo JSON-LD on the-game.html section blocks. (3) Person for Prim + Organization for OOTT in a site-wide shared.js injection. (4) llms.txt at the site root and a publicly downloadable knowledge-base.json. The Authority Play first-mover window is open right now.

Where to work: the deploy repo at C:\Users\LeaAn\OrderOfTheTile\. Edit the live HTML directly, commit, push. Test JSON-LD with Google Rich Results test before declaring done.

  • If capacity opens: Amazon Associates signup + affiliate spreadsheet stub at Business/Revenue/Affiliates/ (folder exists, empty). ~30 minutes. Fastest revenue lever in the year-one plan.
  • 10-minute close-out: Confirm Cloudflare Access protection on dashboard.html per Website/Cloudflare-Access-Setup-Guide.md. The 5/22 21:30 health-log entry left it as a TODO.
